TERMS & CONDITIONS
Bookings can be made after a quotation has been issued.
After receiving the down-payment of 50% of the quotation, the reservation is officially confirmed.
Payment of the remaining 50% must be deposited on our bankaccount before the day of the meeting.
We accept no liability for loss, injury, or damage by customers during the stay.
Our insurance does not cover any content of the property during the entire stay.
Force majeureIn case of force majeure, the maximum compensation that Amstel Meetings can offer is the amount paid and quoted for the use of the property.
100% refund (minus administration costs of 50 Euro) if cancellation is made more than two months before the meeting.
50% refund of the entire payment if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the meeting.
20% refund of the entire payment if the cancellation is made from 7 days before the meeting.
No refund will be made if the cancellation is made within 6 days before the meeting.
No refund will be made if there is a shortening of the booked meeting times.
Chamber of Commerce
Amstel Meetings is registered at the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce under number 69848661.
We pay VAT and other forms of tax.
We value your trust. That is why we will do everything in our power to deal with personal information and privacy sensitive information with respect.
We use standards in accordance with the AVG guidelines.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Amstel Meetings is a no-smoking establishment. When there has been smoked inside the boat; costs of professional / specialist cleaning will be charged to you.
Smoke outside is allowed though!
